SHREE MON is a bio-fungicide containing Pseudomonas fluorescens. It is an excellent biocontrol agent as it produces various antibiotics, phenazines, mupirocin, siderophore, fluorescent pigment pyoverdin, and 2.4-diacetylphloroglucinol. These secondary metabolites effectively control many fungal and bacterial pathogens including Fusarium spp., Pythium spp., Phytophthora spp., Botrytis spp., Sclerotium spp., Rizoctonia spp., Xanthomonas spp. etc. Thus, SHREE MON protects the plant from fungal and bacterial wilt, blight, root rot, soft rot, and damping off effect.
